The NoDQ CAW Championship was the top title in NoDQ CAW and is also one of the most prestigious titles in all of CAW. It has been held by many legends in CAW and its league, NoDQ CAW, is arguably one of the most successful CAW leagues in history. When NoDQ CAW had its brand split, a second world title was created called the NoDQ Pacific Championship. The two titles were unified on March 22, 2005. The NoDQ Championship was retired on March 25, 2007 when NoDQ CAW closed its doors. On August 26, 2019, in a surprise to the entire CAW universe, NODQ CAW returned with their first match in eleven years, Mr. Clean versus Freddy Krueger to crown a new NODQ CAW champion. Mr. Clean defeated Freddy with his legendary Cleaning Press to claim the title for the fourth time in his career.
