Noob Wrestling League (2014)[]
Losing streak, Feud with Mysterio, & Departure (2014)[]
Christian Torres made his debut on the April 2nd episode of the NWL in a Fatal 4-Way match against Ziggler, Spider-Man, and Edge for the NWL Intercontinental Championship. He was unable to win the match. The following week he would team with Ziggler in a losing effort against Intercontinental Champion Spider-Man and Edge. He would then lose a one-on-one match to Ziggler. Torres would lose a Money in the Bank Qualifying match to Boom on the April 30th episode of the NWL. He would then lose to the debuting Carnage at NWL Money in the Bank. Torres would continue to lose to Pennywise and then Rey Mysterio. Following his match with Mysterio, Torres would low blow him leading to a second match between them. His first win in the NWL came by count out against Rey Mysterio on June 18th. At NWL Summerslam Torres would gain a pin fall victory over Mysterio. They would continue to feud with each other due to Torres showing no respect towards the veteran Mysterio. This led to a Tables match at NWL Extreme Rules, which Torres won. Torres would continue his winning ways and eventually challenge Carnage for the NWL Intercontinental Championship. Carnage would accept and successfully beat Torres for the title at NWL Royal Rumble. The following Wednesday, Torres would win a Fatal 4-Way match to get another chance at the Intercontinental Championship at NWL Night of Champions. At the CPV Torres lost another close match to Carnage. The following Wednesday he would lose a #1 Contender match against the returning Spider-Man. Christian Torres has since been released from the NWL.
