NWL Money in the Bank 2 is the ninth CPV of the Noob Wrestling League. It is also the second Money in the Bank event for the NWL. It was held on April 26, 2015.
Background[]
After winning a #1 Contenders match at NWL Over the Limit 2, Legacy would invoke their title match against Batista and the Devil at NWL Money in the Bank 2.
It was announced on the April 1st episode that qualifying matches would once again be held for the Money in the Bank Ladder match. That same night The Chosen Ones (Ziggler & McIntyre) qualified. On April 8th, Pennywise beat Spider-Man to join the match once again. On April 15th El Generico won a 6-Man Battle Royal to qualify.
After losing the NWL Intercontinental Championship, Carnage would set his sights back on Sting. He challenged Sting to put the title on the line against him at the CPV. Sting agreed and vowed to beat him once again.
