The New-NAW East Coast Championship is the world championship title that belongs to the New-NAW East brand, it’s lineage is continued from the New-NAW World Championship and it was renamed after the 2018 brand split.
The first champion was Road Dogg Jesse James who was officially deemed the first World Heavyweight Champion on T.Y.S.O.N #26. The current champion is Lemarcus Carter who defeated Norm “The Storm” Dailey at Chapter 9.
The belt was officially named the T.Y.S.O.N World Championship on T.Y.S.O.N #26 lasting until #31. Then afterwards it became the New-NAW World Championship. New-NAW would continue the World Championship reigns off the T.Y.S.O.N Hardcore Championship as it was the only title in T.Y.S.O.N at the time.
Zach Starr holds the longest title reign at 1156 days due to the extended hiatus that took place. Biff Andreas‘ third title reign also happens to be the shortest reign due to the accelerated rate of events being recorded in 2018.
