After quick start on RAW, first Smackdown episode was aired on September 18, 2011. General Manager - Vince McMahon wanted to have one of major titles on Blue brand so he introduced NGW World Heavyweight Championship. On this night John Morrison defeated Randy Orton and become first ever Smackdown Champion
