Jeri-MAX Spiral Rumble is the fourth CPV of the Jeri-MAX Season.
The Spiral Rumble event is named after the Spiral Rumble Match itself; a 40-Man (32-Man in Season 1) over the top rope battle royal. The winner of the Spiral Rumble Match gets to compete in the main event of Jeri-MAX JeriMania. The first ever Spiral Rumble event took place on March 12th, 2010.

The third season of Jeri-MAX's Spiral Rumble CPV was scheduled for July 12th, 2013. The official theme song was "Bye Bye Bye" by 'N Sync. There were 3 matches scheduled for the event (though 4 took place), with 2 matches scheduled for the Pre-Show. The main event once again was the Jeri-MAX Spiral Rumble Match, which for the 2nd season in a row featured 40 participants rather than 32 like in Season 1.
King Matt Eichorn also defended his Jeri-MAX World Heavyweight Championship on the card against the winner of the Global Equality Bash Tournament, Jurt Angle, who promised to retire from CAW if he couldn't win the title.
