ECCW Barely Legal is the first ECCW CPV of Season 3, and the third overall WEDF CPV of Season 3. This is the first separate CPV ECCW has done by itself, a system instated by ECCW General Manager Michael Cole on Episode 193 - ECCW in response to ECCW matches being reserved for the preshow of major WEDF CPVs.
