Hardcore Championship Wrestling[]

HCW, or Hardcore CAW Wrestling or known as Haduke's Championship Wrestling, is a CAW League originally created by Heath Ammons and Daniel Barber, known as formerly RCW and OFW. Most of the history happened under the accounts of haduke and OFWWrestling, but thanks in part to General Dingos, and the 6699, those events have been erased, but are still officially recognized as the events were recorded as a caw league back in 2008. You can find HCW on youtube at http://www.youtube.com/user/HCWCAWLeague

HCW is an original caw league, similar to the ones of DWF, ECW, and many more. This caw wikia is still in current process of more info being released so it has not been complete yet.

RCW[]

The Beginning of RCW[]

Redneck Championship Wrestling began as a backyard wrestling promotion put on by Heath Ammons and a few of his friends. Ammons funded the money needed for the materials to build a backyard wrestling ring, and he also run the promotion. The actual promotion itself got it's beginning in late April of 1996. At first RCW was just for fun and was made up to be a get together thing to do. Heath and his friends mimicked their favorite WCW and WWF wrestlers and basically just played out a wrestling show and recorded it on camera. The first ring used was nothing more than a few bull ropes tied to 4x4's which were dug into the ground. The guys wrestled on the dirt the first time they decided to do this.

It wasn't until after a few of them went back and watched what they had done on home video that they got the idea to create a full fledged backyard fed and compete on a weekly basis. So in June of 1996, Ammons used what money he had at the time to purchase enough lumber to build a wrestling ring in his own backyard. Complete with aprons, turnbuckles, and even a bell! Redneck Championship Wrestling was well on it's way and would continue to be a neighborhood attraction for the next two years. It was in April of 1998 that RCW had it's final show. After RCW had closed down for good, most of the guys who participated in the backyard league went on their own paths. However, Ammons would continue his dream of running and competeing in his own wrestling promotion several years later with the creation of the RCW CAW League. The only wrestlers who would be used in the CAW version of RCW that had competed in the REAL LIFE RCW were as follows:

Wu Tang Man

Mr. Cool Daddy

Skullrider

Though the backyard version of RCW was long gone, Ammons had a vision to recreate the league once again and to make it bigger and better. And that is how the RCW CAW League was born.

The Rebirth in 2008 as a CAW League[]

In June of 2008, Ammons began going by the name of HADUKE and he created RCW once again. This time it was done as a CAW League.

RCW

RCW got it's start on the PS2 version of Smackdown vs Raw 2008. Haduke made his first show with a very small 8 man roster consisting of Wu Tang Man, Mr. Spectacular, Johnny J, Mr. Vengeance, The Locomotive, Hulk, Homer Simpson, & Mr. Incredible. An eight man tournament began on the first ever episode of RCW Rampage. This tournament would go on to crown the first ever RCW World Champion since RCW had become a CAW League.

It should be noted that the first RCW Commissioner was Mr. T. Mr.T had made an alliance with Mr. Spectacular and did all that he could to guarantee him to win the World Championship. However, at RCW Great American Bash, Johnny J would emerge as the first RCW World Champion by defeating Mr. Spectacular inside of the steel cage.

Leading up to The Great American Bash, which was RCW's first ever CPV event, a few other people had joined the ranks of RCW. QMducho had shown great interest in the brand and had submitted two of his own wrestlers. Dagger and Fire were the first wrestlers that were not originally created by Haduke that would join the full roster for RCW. After QMducho joined up, others began to show interest in the league as well. By the time RCW had it's second CPV event, RCW Summer Slam, the roster was blooming with an incredible amount of stars.

The beginning of HCW and something epic[]

Throughout the success of RCW, Haduke met another CAW owner who had started his league at the same time RCW began.

Daniel Barber was the original owner of OFW (Online Frenzied Wrestling), and Haduke had shown great interest in his work. After watching OFW's first CPV event, OFW Crashdown, Haduke approached Daniel with a business proposition that would put both leagues into the future.

The beginning of this business deal saw a newcomer join the ranks of RCW going by the aledged name of The Masked Assassin. RCW was involved in a tournament to crown a new World Champion, and the tournament was set to conclude at RCW Unforgiven, RCW's 3rd CPV Event. The finals would pit Johnny J against The Masked Assassin for the title. It wasn't until the near end of the match that the world would be shocked beyond belief. Johnny J was able to unmask The Masked Assassin and show everyone that he was Ryan from OFW. Despite this showing, Ryan was still able to pick up the victory and become the first person to ever win the RCW World Championship outside of RCW!

After this matchup concluded, the reality of the situation sunk in as RCW was now without a World Champion! Ryan was still able to compete in RCW, but he was still an OFW wrestler. So Ryan found himself defending the title on both brands for quite some time.

RCW/OFW Uprising[]

The fueding between RCW and OFW continued all the way to the first ever joint CPV event, RCW/OFW Uprising. Going into Uprising was the stage for the most epic matchup in the history of both brands. Wu Tang Man had won the OFW World Title a few months earlier and he was set to defend it against Paul "The Rock" Barber, who had secured the RCW World Title in a matchup against Ryan. This matchup was billed as a 3 stages of hell match with the winner unifying the titles and becoming the first HCW World Champion.

RCW/OFW Uprising can be seen on youtube and it is one of the fewest shows that HCW was able to save on youtube, thanks to the false flaggings.

OFW[]

OFW is a former caw fed formerly owned by Daniel Barber, who helped combine his fed with RCW to make the new HCW. Unfortunately OFW events are not able to be seen again thanks to the CAW Flaggings in 2009. More information of OFW will be posted soon.

HCW Title History[]

This is the history of all RCW/OFW/HCW Championships that lead up to the official unification and recognition of RCW & OFW merging to create HCW. A little less than a year later, HCW started over from scratch with HCW 2.0. This is the entire championship history for RCW/OFW/HCW leading up to HCW 2.0.
