Lillith Miller is a CAW diva hired to the Smackdown brand of New-WWE. She is the daughter of multiple time Women's and Divas Champion Janice Miller and is a fourth generation diva.

Lillith debuted on Smackdown Episode 75. She was introduced by her mother, who also announced her own retirement. She defeated Hannah Montana in her first match. Lillith's unique style of wrestling and sheer brutality almost instantly made her a Women's title contender. After repeated attempts to win the title from Maria Lopez, Lillith finally won her first Women's title on an episode of Smackdown.
