    • Back in my day, I was in a forum dedicated to wrestling and CAW. There were a lot of CAW searches where the community could create a character and the most popular ones would be offered contracts. In my case, Biff Andreas was entered in a battle royal with like 6 or 7 other CAWs. It was put on simulation and my character won a contract.

Long story short, the community (if there is one still) is much smaller than it used to be. If I were in your shoes, I’d find a forum and a community and try to network, make friends. Maybe Armbar Error Society or Rantboard Network.

    • There is no surefire method of joining a CAW fed. They're all owned by different people, and everyone runs their own league the way they want to run it. There's some leagues where you can just ask, others that take CAWs under specific circumstances, and some that don't take any at all. You've just gotta look around.

CAW is very different nowadays than it was when I was really active in the community. Its popularity as a whole has diminished. It was easy to get into a fed back in the early 2010's, but nowadays, I think it'd be considerably tougher.

My only suggestion would be to try and find one that's small in scale. Small feds are more likely to accept CAW requests. It's natural to want to be in a big fed right off the bat, but keep in mind real world wrestlers don't usually make it straight to WWE (or even something smaller like TNA or ROH for that matter).

  • To answer the question No, It wasn't me. Me & Derek are good friends. That whole angle in my league with Derek being written off wasnt my idea, That was TaiMak123 Who recorded that promo. But i did see where Derek was sending the weird messages when it got hacked. As i had received a weird message from him when it gotten hacked. I in no way, Shape or form would do that do Derek, After all of the help & support he has given me. If it helps any, TaiMak123 AKA Matt Gianotti the NCWL Announcer has not gotten along with Derek all because of when Derek released a whole bunch of talent during the brand split on my league. & He told me several times he hated Derek all because of that. Which isn't fair as Matt took things way to seriously.

  • Hey.

I'm quite a bit ahead of schedule with New-WWE recording, and I'm currently designing some special attires for WrestleMania.

Biff is scheduled for a fairly high profile match, and I want to give him a special attire, but thought I should consult with you about it first. I was thinking an attire with a hot pink in place of the dark red/dark blue, as sort of a throwback to his days as the Ladies Man mishmashed with his current character.

    • I think that would be fantastic idea, Burb. That sounds like it would be truly special assuming that it's WrestleMania. I'll let you do what you'd like to do with him, I trust your judgment. You're smart.

  • I don't know what the issue with me is, but I personally despise trolling. I tried being nice about this, but everyone just wants to mess with what I say, and twist it around. If it is for your entertainment, then it is not funny for me. I get tired of people editing my words as if they control my mind. I don't mean to cause too much trouble, and all I'm asking is for you to stop. I personally do not mind the "Unoriginal" tag, the "Leagues with Bad Booking" tag (which granted, I still want to see why on that page itself), or even the "Failure" tag, as those show me to improve, but changing my words goes far enough. I don't change your words, so I would expect the same common courtesy.

  • Look, I don't know what you problem is with me or my league.

Clearly you don't like me for whatever reason, to be honest, I know you're not the only one, but please, could you stop editing the pages on my league

That sounds like such a cop out. That doesn't excuse bad writing, and the Lucario x Zoroark AIDS thing almost feels like you're trying to reenact some sort of sexual fantasy of yours, like it's a live action fanfic of yours. It's just weird man.

That's a bit stupid, Biff. I don't think it's a fetish thing like Mercurius with the Sailor Mercury shower sex scene.

I think it was a try-hard attempt to be funny that fell flat.

    • To throw in my own two cents, I've documented that CXWI had previously had rape storylines, and abortion storylines, and fetish storylines, and murder storylines. I get the feeling regardless of it being just you who's booking CXWI, or multiple people booking CXWI, you're trying too hard to be funny (similar to SMF) or trying too hard to be edgy and risky with your storylines (again, similar to SMF).

Whereas SMF does risky shit like rape and murder to be funny, they also don't try and play it off as serious, Dingos just creams his pants and screams "AWW WHAT DA HELL! BAW GAWD! CHEESE BURGERS!", so atleast they are just out right admitting they are trying to hard to be funny and that we really shouldn't care.

In CXWI's case though, i can see that doing risky shit like rape and murder is an attempt at getting a shock factor, but that doesn't really work if you've already done angles of rape, murder, abortions and depression. Wrestling storylines are meant to establish character, but no one really benefits from being booked as a rapist or rape victim, it just gets uncomfortably laughable. So in the case of this Lucario tribute show, it's just unnecessarily trying to drive the point home that "Not only did we have Lucario be a rape victim as a sex slave, not only did we write him to get aids, not only did we write him to die of said aids, but he was a CXWI legend so we will host a show where we'll acknowledge a legend was raped and died of aids".

I think the main problem with CXWI in general, is not knowing when enough is enough.
