The championship is generally contested in professional wrestling matches, in which participants execute scripted finishes rather than contend in direct competition. Some reigns were held by champions using a ring name, while others used their real name. The first champions were Team 3D, who defeated Matt Mayhem and the Big Bossman at No Glory In Triumph. The title was vacated when they were released from the company. There have been a total of 3 recognized champions who have had a combined 3 official reigns. The title was deactivated on the 8th March.
