The UWO World Championship is the top title in the Ultimate Wrestling Online CAW wrestling promotion. The first champions were determined in a tournament format. The Black Ranger defeated The Punisher in the finals of the tournament to become the first champion on March 13, 2007 at Payback. The current champion is Link defeated Tommy Vercetti after some help from The Zach Ranger on July 5, 2013 at Enimity.
