The Heritage Championship is the lower-tier Championship in WTW's developmental brand, NGC (Next Generation of CAW). It was formerly known as the Light Heavyweight Championship until its name changed to the Heritage Championship on July 25, 2015. The title was announced to be defunct on June 15, 2016, when WTW dropped NGC.
